At Seasons Family Centre, our psychologists provide counselling through a nurturing and personalized process aimed at fostering mental wellness and resilience through evidence-based interventions that acknowledge each person's needs and individuality.


Assessments

At Seasons Family Centre, psychological assessments are conducted with care and precision, providing valuable insights into an individual's cognitive and academic development, and socio-emotional functioning to inform tailored support and interventions.


Speech Therapy

Kylee has a masters of Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria. Kylee provides a non-judgmental and warm space for clients to work towards their goals while processing trauma and life events. Kylee works to empower her clients through eliciting their strengths and highlighting feelings of capacity.

Kylee takes an integrative approach to counselling that includes trauma-informed, systems, client-centered and strengths-based approaches. Kylee believes it is the counsellor’s role to find therapeutic avenues that fit her clients’ unique lives, meaning each client receives a personalized approach that suits their needs. In doing so, Kylee believes her clients can directly apply their counselling sessions to their everyday lives. Kylee has experience supporting children and youth in a variety of environments, including recreational programs, school classrooms, community non-profits, and legal/forensic settings.

Kylee’s role as a counsellor is to foster meaningful change, self-discovery and healing. Kylee incorporates expressive techniques into her practice, including play and art; her goal is to make counselling engaging and fun for her clients. Kylee believes this approach leads to noticeable, positive change in her clients’ daily lives. In her spare time, Kylee can be found out in nature with her dog Joey, knitting new projects, or reading a cheesy mystery novel. If you have a child or youth in need of support, please reach out!
